Returns & Replacement

All of our products are carefully hand crafted on demand, by the order, and double checked for content and quality before delivery. As such, we generally don’t accept returns or order cancellations, and all sales are considered final.

Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery, and in the unfortunate event that something should happen to the package or crate during delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, taking pictures of the affected areas, so that we may take action (this usually involves us contacting the shipping carrier for liability reasons if something has gone awry). Please do not attempt to fix the item yourself without contacting us first. Please keep all packaging material as intact as possible for this reason, in the event that something needs to be repackaged for return or otherwise. In the event that something needs to be returned please ensure that the original shipping container is used where possible.

If we have made a mistake and there is a material problem or defect with the goods you ordered, or if it was damaged during shipment, we would be happy to work with you to fix or replace the item within up to 30 days of your original purchase date.
