This beautifully hand crafted credenza/media console from our Waverunner Collection is built from solid American black walnut hardwood, and features a one of a kind power carved face, highlighting the curves and grain lines in this individual wood. The top and sides feature a continuous grain wrap, resulting in the grain “waterfalling” from the top along the left and right sides.
Our Waverunner Collection features clean lines like you might expect from a mid-century modern piece, joined together with the organic feeling of the horizontal waves subtly carved in to the front face of each piece, and unique to each one we build. No two pieces will be the same, making these heirloom quality pieces truly one of a kind.
The dimensions of this piece as shown are approximately 68” L x 20” W x 31” H. The internal dimensions of the area on the right side are approximately 33” L x 17.5” W x 14.5” H, and was designed to provide ample storage for both vinyl records, as well as enough clearance for the vast majority of liquor and wine bottles (about 98% of which are 14″ or shorter). The two drawers on the left hand side feature premium quality Blum undermount drawer slides, with push to open and soft close “glide” technology.
Size and Feature Set Fully Customizable
The dimensions above are simply what we designed the piece with initially, but all of the dimensions (including height, width, depth, internal dimensioning, drawer size, base/leg height and width, and more) are fully customizable by the client when commissioning a new piece. The includes other things such as mirroring the layout, including, media cable and venting holes on the back panel of the piece, adjustable shelving pins (if you wish to include shelving instead), and much more.
Hand Rubbed VOC-Free Natural Finish
No color additives or stains are used, and this table features a hand rubbed finish called Rubio MonoCoat, which is durable, easy to apply, and easy to maintain (as well as spot fix and refinish). Rubio MonoCoat is a plant-based hardwax oil finish that is VOC-free, meaning there are no harmful volatile organic compounds present, and it is LEED verified. This European style hand rubbed finish offers a natural and subtle soft matte finish, allowing you to feel and smell the natural state of the wood itself. We use Rubio products for a variety of reasons, and find that it is best for both highlighting the natural beauty of wood, as well as ease of maintenance over the life of a piece.
