Sponsorship Inquiries
From time to time we may consider partnerships with brands that we feel provide high quality products, that we ourselves would use, and could genuinely recommend to others. If you would like to inquire about a potential sponsorship/collaboration with your product or brand to bespokedrip@gmail.com, with the word “Sponsorship” in the email subject.
Any partnership, sponsorship, or other form of advertisement will be transparently identified as such. We will always give our honest opinion about the quality and experience of any products we use, good or bad.
Amazon Affiliate Program
We are a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate program designed to provide a small amount of compensation via fees earned to linked products on Amazon and affiliate sites. This will not cost the buyer anything extra, but can provide us a small amount of revenue in the long run, in order to maintain this website and keep the hamsters running.
The following section below is provided to explain and help consumers better understand the legality of printed and manufactured items, and intellectual property rights. This is for informational and educational purposes and should not be construed as legal advice. When in doubt, seek legal counsel from paid professionals who have your best interest in mind.
Copyright
Copyright protection exists for “original works of authorship fixed in any tangible medium of expression, now known or later developed, from which they can be perceived, reproduced, or otherwise communicated, either directly or with the aid of a machine or device.” Authorship includes things such as writing, music, graphics, and much more, as outlined here.
Trademark
A trademark is “any word, name, symbol, or design, or any combination thereof, used in commerce to identify and distinguish the goods of one manufacturer or seller from those of another and to indicate the source of the goods.” This often includes words, phrases, logos, and symbols used to identify goods and/or brands.
Fair Use
The doctrine of Fair Use is laid out in Section 107 of the copyright law. It allows “various purposes for which the reproduction of a particular work may be considered fair, such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research.” Fair Use is the most common vehicle for parody use of copyrighted material.
Intellectual Property Rights & Content Usage

We offer fulfilment services of custom orders, and cannot be held responsible for violations of intellectual property infringement that we are not informed or aware of. We will make a good faith effort to resolve any issues or claims in a quick and concise manner.
